The People Behind the Work
Each division works both independently and together to support industrial projects, turnarounds, and ongoing operations — allowing clients to work with one trusted provider for multiple safety and compliance needs
Leanne Grumetza

from a single truck into a multi-division industrial support provider serving
clients across Western Canada. Under her leadership, Mud Creek has
expanded to provide medical standby, fire suppression support, breathing air solutions, gas detection services, safety training, and workplace compliance testing.
As a female entrepreneur in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Leanne is passionate about empowering women in the workforce and creating opportunities for growth, leadership, and long-term careers. She believes strong companies are built by supporting people, encouraging development, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability.
